Luca Talent's Process

Our process has proven to serve as an effective means to identify, deliver and place high-caliber talent with our client’s organizations. Our process has proven to benefit candidates as well, by involving them in an effective system that walks them through the entire search process from first time introductions to offer negotiations and ultimately to successfully resigning their current position and beginning employment with our client’s organization.

Our step by step recruiting process can be summed up in these steps:

Step 1: Meet and Greet

No two companies, teams, managers or positions are alike. Luca Talent needs to understand your hiring needs. We partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition to create detailed searches by taking this time to find out what matters most to you. This includes your hiring needs, position responsibilities and requirements, technical requirements, cultural and team preferences and more. We want to know your ideal candidate personally, professionally, technically and culturally.

Step 2: Research and Plan

Sourcing is the most important aspect of recruitment. With the information we gather in our meet and greet we are able to become the companies eyes and ears to customize a very detailed search identifying the best candidates for each position whom are both passive and active candidates.

Step 3: Engage and Recruit

Once we create a customized search we engage candidates in and out of our network that fit the criteria of our position. Once engaged Luca Talent screens each candidate to gather insight on their technical expertise, work/ project history, educational background, career and personal goals to fully understand our candidates in depth to make sure they align with our clients.

Step 4: Present Candidates

After screening each potential candidate we present the qualified candidates to the company where we then gather feedback and data from the team to continue the interview process and search.

Step 5: Streamlined Process

Upon presenting the candidate to the company we then act as an extension of the team where we do all the interview coordination, scheduling, feedback and making sure the candidate has the best experience while the company has very little lifting with the most upside. We make it our job to provide all the support to make hiring as easy as possible.

Step 6: Hire and Develop the Best

Luca Talent navigates the interview process from submission to offer. We assist in the negotiation of salary, to extending offers, checking references and finalizing the offer.

Step 7: Build

Build relationships, build partnerships and repeat.
